Gwendolyn H. Lamb

A native of Tennessee, Gwendolyn H. Lamb holds a BA degree from Vanderbilt University, a MAT from Harvard University and JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Gwen has lived in university communities all her adult life. Chapel Hill has been her home since 1975. Here she can readily indulge her passion for music and travel. In music, she is both participant and spectator, having sung with the Choral Society of Durham for many years, as well as being an avid concertgoer. Her travel adventures enable her to visit far-flung family and friends and to pursue an abiding desire to see the world.

Gwen presents special qualification for a real estate professional. In addition to more than twenty years of brokerage experience, she practiced real estate law for several years until family needs required schedule flexibility. This background honed her skills in problem solving and negotiation. Attention to detail, patience, commitment and a desire to assist people in the realization of dreams and goals form the basis of her real estate brokerage.

Gwen is a member of the North Carolina Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the Chapel Hill Board of Realtors.


Susan W. Drake

Born in Brazil, with childhood homes in the Caribbean, Susan ultimately settled in the Northeast. With a BS in Business from Skidmore College and an MBA from the Johnson School of Business, Cornell University, Susan had a successful career of twenty-five years on Wall Street and in the Boston financial community. Family located in Chapel Hill, brought her to live here in 2000, after years of visiting the region.

Susan brings to her real estate clients, the professionalism and integrity of a financial analyst along with a strong technological background. After years of portfolio management and asset trading, Susan has honed her skills of clear thinking with an analytical approach, hard work, patience and an eye for detail.

Susan is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the Chapel Hill Board of Realtors. She also holds the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors.
